Private and nonprofit recycling collectors that offer residential recycling services in Colorado may be eligible for reimbursement under the state’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) law. Beginning in April, open market (subscription-based residential) collectors interested in participating in the program will be asked to submit a simple interest form and short service profile. Circular Action Alliance (CAA) Colorado will also share details on the compost funding process.
