The Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment has approved Circular Action Alliance’s Program Plan proposal.  As per HB22-1355, the Producer Responsibility Program for Statewide Recycling Act, the Amended Program Plan is designated as the Final Program Plan, and Circular Action Alliance shall begin implementation of this plan within 6 months, or by June 9, 2026.
