Colorado Environmental Justice Grant Program
Colorado Environmental Justice Grant Program
The Colorado Environmental Justice Grant Program has opened the pre-application requirement for Cycle 4 on June 9, 2026. The Environmental Justice Grant Program funds projects that measure, prevent, or reduce pollution in disproportionately impacted communities, including low-income communities, communities of color, and those most affected by pollution and climate change. The pre-application is the first step in the application process and is open through August 7, 2026. After a competitive review, the Office of Environmental Justice will invite about 20 applicants to submit full applications. Eligible entities must be located in Colorado and include: non-profit organizations; local governments; federally-recognized tribal governments; universities or other educational institutions; for-profit corporations, including entities that own or operate mobile home parks; and grassroots organizations.
