DESCRIPTION:Colorado's Producer Responsibility Advisory Board will hold its 65th meeting virtually on August 12\, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Stakeholders and members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting\, and provide public comment.\nDuring this business meeting\, the department and the Colorado Attorney General's Office\, will provide updates on the status of the program and related matters. Then\, we will hear updates on Circular Action Alliance's implementation of their program. Then\, Interchange360 will provide updates on the implementation of their program. Following implementation updates\, we will continue to hold our final postconsumer recycle content education session of the summer. The meeting agenda will be made available on the Producer Responsibility Advisory Board webpage along with meeting materials and recordings from prior meetings. \nStakeholders and members of the public are welcome to attend. The department considers all public comments\, so members of the public are strongly encouraged to provide their feedback.
